Branding Your Workspace
Customise NextStep with your company’s logo and brand colour to create a professional experience for your team and guests.
Setting Up Branding
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Open the Branding tab.
- Upload your logo and select your brand colour.
- Click Save.
Logo
Upload your company logo to replace the default NextStep logo. Your logo appears in:
- The sidebar
- Email notifications sent from your team
- Process instances viewed by guests
- Your custom subdomain (if configured)
For best results, use a square or landscape-oriented logo in PNG or SVG format.
Brand Colour
Choose a brand colour that matches your company’s visual identity. The brand colour is used for:
- Buttons and interactive elements in guest-facing processes
- Email notification accents
- Your custom subdomain branding
Using Branding on Processes
When branding is configured, you can enable it on individual processes:
- Open the process in the editor.
- Go to Settings.
- Toggle Use brand on.
This applies your logo and brand colour to the process when it’s run by guests or shared externally.
