Tracking Progress

Monitor how process instances are progressing across your team.

Progress Bar

Every process instance shows a progress bar indicating what percentage of tasks have been completed. This is visible on:

  • The Dashboard — Each instance card shows its progress.
  • The Instance view — The progress bar appears at the top of the instance.

Status Badges

Instances display status badges to help you quickly identify their state:

  • Active — The instance is in progress.
  • Completed — All tasks have been finished.
  • Overdue — The instance has passed its due date and still has incomplete tasks.

Dashboard Filters

Use the filter tabs on the dashboard to view instances by status:

  • Active — Shows all in-progress instances.
  • Completed — Shows finished instances.
  • Overdue — Shows instances past their due date.

Sorting

Sort instances on the dashboard by:

  • Due date — See what’s coming up next.
  • Date started — See the most recent or oldest instances.
  • Progress — See which instances are closest to completion.

Grouping by Process

Toggle Group by Process on the dashboard to organise instances by their process template. This is helpful when you have many instances of different processes running simultaneously.

Use the search bar on the dashboard to find specific instances by title.
