Adding Sections
Sections help you organise related tasks into logical groups within your process.
Creating a section
In the process editor, click Add Section to create a new section. Each section has:
- Title — A name for the group of tasks.
- Colour — Pick a colour to visually distinguish sections.
- Description — Optional context about what this section covers.
Organising tasks
- Drag and drop tasks to reorder them within a section.
- Move tasks between sections by dragging them to a different section.
- Sections themselves can be reordered.
Collapsing sections
Sections are collapsible, making it easy to focus on one part of a process at a time. When someone is running a process, they can expand and collapse sections as they work through the tasks.
Deleting a section
Deleting a section will also remove all tasks within it. Make sure to move any tasks you want to keep to another section before deleting.
