Managing Processes

Previewing a Process

Preview mode lets you test your process before publishing or sharing it. Click Preview in the top right of the process editor to simulate running it.

In preview mode you can:

  • Complete tasks as if you were running the process
  • Skip tasks to test the flow
  • Test approval workflows
  • See how form elements look and behave
  • View the completion animation when the process finishes

Preview tracks time spent, task completion status, and progress percentage. Click Exit Preview to return to the editor. No data from the preview is saved — it’s purely a simulation.

Duplicating a Process

You can create a copy of any existing process template.

  1. Go to the Process Library.
  2. Click the three-dot menu on the process you want to duplicate.
  3. Select Duplicate Process.

A new copy will be created as a draft with all tasks, sections, form elements, dependencies, assignments, and due date configurations. Existing instances, scheduled runs, and sent invitations are not copied.

Deleting a Process

Deleting a process template permanently removes it and all associated data.

  1. Go to the Process Library.
  2. Click the three-dot menu on the process.
  3. Select Delete Process.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

When you delete a process, the following are also permanently removed:

  • All instances (running and completed)
  • All sent invitations
  • All scheduled runs
  • All task data, comments, and uploaded files

This action cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need any data from this process before deleting it.
