Team Timezone

Set your team’s timezone to ensure schedules, due dates, and notifications are aligned with your working hours.

Setting Your Timezone

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Open the Team tab.
  3. Find the Timezone setting.
  4. Select your timezone from the dropdown.
  5. Click Save.

What the Timezone Affects

  • Scheduled processes — Schedules run at the specified time in your team’s timezone.
  • Due date reminders — Overdue notifications are triggered based on your timezone.
  • Business days calculation — When using business days for due dates, weekends are determined by your timezone.

The team timezone applies to all team members. Individual timezone settings are not supported at this time — all scheduling and notifications use the team timezone.
