Process Not Appearing for Team
If a process isn’t showing up for your team members, check these common causes.
Process Is in Draft Mode
Processes must be published before they appear in the Run Process list and can be shared with others.
Fix: Open the process in the editor and click Publish.
Team Member Not Added
The person may not be a member of your team yet.
Fix: Go to Settings > Team and check if they’re listed. If not, send them an invitation.
Process Library vs Run Process
- The Process Library shows all your process templates (including drafts).
- Run Process only shows published processes that are ready to run.
If a team member can’t find a process to run, make sure it’s published and they’re looking in the right place.
Search Filters
Check that search filters or tabs aren’t hiding the process. Clear any search text and make sure you’re viewing the correct tab (Active, Completed, etc.).
Still Not Visible?
If the process is published and the person is on your team but still can’t see it, try having them sign out and sign back in. If the issue persists, contact us.
