Running Processes

Once a process is published, there are several ways to start a new run. You can share a direct link, send an email invitation, let guests access it without an account, or schedule it to run automatically.

Each time someone starts a process, a new instance is created. Instances track progress independently — so you can have multiple people running the same process at the same time, each with their own progress.
