Changing Your Email Address
Update the email address associated with your NextStep account.
How to Change Your Email
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Open the Account tab.
- Enter your new email address.
- Click Update Email.
- Check your new email inbox for a verification link.
- Click the verification link to confirm the change.
Your email won’t be updated until you verify the new address. If you don’t receive the verification email, check your spam folder.
Important Notes
- You must have access to your new email address to complete the verification.
- Your old email address will continue to work until the new one is verified.
- Any future notifications will be sent to your new email address once verified.
- If you’re the team owner, make sure your team knows about the change.
