Process Settings

Configure how your process behaves when it’s running.

Comments

Toggle Enable Comments to allow team members to add comments to tasks in this process. When enabled, a comments section appears in the task sidebar for each running instance.

Email on completion

Choose which team members should receive an email notification when a process instance is completed. You can:

• Search for team members by name or email.
• Select individual members or use Select All.
• Only active team members are shown.

This is useful for managers or stakeholders who need to know when a process has been finished.

Accessing settings

You can open process settings from:

• The Settings button in the process editor sidebar (on larger screens).
• The Settings tab in the process overview page.
