Process Settings
Configure how an individual process behaves when it’s running. These are per-process settings — each process has its own configuration, separate from your team-wide settings in the manage page.
Run Link Access
Control who can start your process using its run link. There are two options:
- Anyone with the link (default) — Anyone who has the run link can start a new instance, even without an account. This is ideal for client-facing workflows, public forms, or onboarding processes.
- Team members only — Only signed-in members of your team can start the process. Anyone else who opens the link will be prompted to sign in. Use this for internal workflows that should stay within your team.
This setting only affects who can start new instances via the run link. It does not affect existing instances or instances started through other methods like email invitations.
Comments
Toggle Enable Comments to allow team members to add comments to tasks in this process. When enabled, a comments section appears in the task sidebar for each running instance. See Comments & @Mentions for how comments work in practice.
Email on completion
Choose which team members should receive an email notification when a process instance is completed. You can:
- Search for team members by name or email.
- Select individual members or use Select All.
- Only active team members are shown.
This is useful for managers or stakeholders who need to know when a process has been finished.
Accessing settings
You can open process settings from:
- The Settings button in the process editor sidebar (on larger screens).
- The Settings tab in the process overview page.
