Process Icons & Cover Images

Customise the look of your process with icons and cover images.

Process icon

Your process icon appears in the process library, dashboard, and when someone runs your process. You have three options:

• Emoji — Choose from a library of emojis.
• Custom image — Upload your own icon image.
• Brand logo — Use your team’s brand logo (if configured in Team Settings).

Click the icon area in the process editor to change it.

Cover image

The cover image appears as a banner at the top of your process. It’s displayed on the run page and in the process editor.

• Upload a custom image (JPG, PNG, or WebP).
• Or use your team brand colour as a solid cover background.
• Cover images display at a 3:1 aspect ratio.

Hover over the cover image area in the editor to see options to change or remove it.
