Managing Your Subscription

View your current plan, upgrade, and manage billing through Stripe.

Viewing Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Open the Billing tab.
  3. You’ll see your current plan, usage, and billing status.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a paid plan or change your current plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. You’ll be taken to the Stripe customer portal where you can select a new plan.

Managing Billing

The Stripe customer portal lets you:

  • Update your payment method
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Change or cancel your subscription
  • Update billing details

If you purchased NextStep through AppSumo, your lifetime deal is managed separately. You won’t see billing options in the Stripe portal — your access is permanent based on your AppSumo tier.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan.

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.
